Resist Silence

Resist Silence reduces the chance of being affected by Silence. Silence prevents skill use while it is active.

When an attack can apply Silence, the target's Resist Silence is subtracted from the attack's Silence chance. The final chance can go below 0%, which means Silence cannot apply, or above 100%, which means Silence always applies.
