About Nipperlug

Nipperlug is an independent fan project for Cabal Online tools, calculators, and references. Nipperlug is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESTsoft or any related rights holder.

By using Nipperlug, creating an account, saving content, or sharing a link, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may use Nipperlug for lawful personal and community purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt to access data or systems that are not yours, abuse account features, or use automation in a way that harms availability or security.

You must not upload, save, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or intended to compromise accounts, servers, or other users.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that abuse the service, create security risk, or violate these terms.

You may request account deletion through the account tools or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where needed for security, backups, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Saved Builds and User Content

You are responsible for build names, build data, collection data, comments, replies, votes, and other content you save, submit, or share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, personal, or sensitive content. We may remove content or restrict sharing if needed for security, moderation, legal, or operational reasons.

Saved items are private by default. If you choose to make an item public, anyone with the share link may view the shared build, collection, name, and related tool data. Do not include personal or sensitive information in saved item names or shared data.

Public comments, replies, and votes may be displayed with your display name and username. Nipperlug may delete, hide, or restrict public content at its discretion, including content that violates these terms or creates legal, security, moderation, or operational risk.

You keep ownership of content you provide, but you grant Nipperlug a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate saved items, public share links, comments, replies, votes, import, export, backups, moderation, and related features.

Supporter Features

Supporter benefits may include higher account limits, ad-free browsing, or other perks. These benefits depend on active entitlement status and may change over time. Patreon payments, cancellations, refunds, and membership issues are handled through Patreon according to Patreon's own terms.

Supporter perks are not guaranteed permanent features and may be adjusted, paused, or removed if the site changes or if third-party integrations stop working.

Game Data and Accuracy

Tools, guides, and calculations are provided for informational use. Game mechanics and data may be incomplete, outdated, or different from live server behavior. No guarantee is made that results are accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.

You are responsible for how you use calculator results, optimizer results, guides, and community-facing share links.

Intellectual Property

Cabal Online names, assets, mechanics, and related materials belong to their respective rights holders. Site-specific code, layout, and original written content belong to Nipperlug unless stated otherwise.

You may link to Nipperlug pages and share public Nipperlug links. You must not copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute substantial parts of the site in a way that harms the service, misrepresents the source, or violates applicable rights.

Third-Party Services

Nipperlug may rely on third-party services such as hosting, Cloudflare, email providers, advertising providers, and Patreon. Those services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, or content.

Availability and Liability

Nipperlug is provided as is. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued. We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from use of the website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nipperlug and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions related to your use of the website.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses that arise from your misuse of Nipperlug, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the website changes. Continued use of Nipperlug after updates means you accept the updated terms.
