Reflect Damage
Reflect Damage is a defensive effect that returns a percentage of actual HP damage taken back to the attacker. Sourced from the Force Shielder buff Reflex Shield, reflected damage cannot drop the attacker below 1 HP and can be absorbed by the attacker's own Absorb Damage barrier.
If You Have Reflect Damage
Reflect Damage works from the HP damage you actually take. In case you have an active barrier (Absorb Damage), the hit deals 0 HP damage and there is nothing to reflect.
This means stronger defenses and larger barriers can lower the reflected amount, because they reduce the HP damage that Reflect Damage uses as its base.
If You Attack a Reflect Damage Target
When you hit someone with Reflect Damage active, the reflected damage comes back to you after your hit has dealt HP damage to them. The reflected damage cannot reduce you below 1 HP, and your own Absorb Damage barrier can absorb the reflected packet before it reaches your HP.

Notes and Tips
- Cannot Finish the Attacker: reflected damage is capped so it cannot reduce the attacker below
1HP. - Can Be Absorbed: the attacker's own Absorb Damage barrier can absorb reflected damage before it reaches HP.
