Final DMG Decreased
Final DMG Decreased is a multiplicative defensive stat applied near the very end of the damage calculation formula. Because it reduces damage after all Defense and flat DMG Reduction steps are completed, it provides high-value percentage mitigation against heavy endgame hits.

- Talismans: Talisman of Destruction gives up to +6% through upgrades, and Chaos Talisman of Destruction gives +7%
- Platinum Merit: Platinum Special Mastery can roll up to +3% Final DMG Decreased
- Achievements: Honor Grade 30 gives +2% PvP Final DMG Decreased
- Temporary Buffs: GM buffs can add up to +2% Final DMG Decreased
PvE and PvP Variants
The base stat is always used first, then the matching PvE or PvP variant is added on top.
Final DMG Decreased+PVE Final DMG Decreased=total used in PvE
Final DMG Decreased+PVP Final DMG Decreased=total used in PvP
