Elemental Dominator is the BM3 for Wizard. It becomes available after completing the Level 130 BSLV Up quest. It is available starting from Transcender rank and has a max level of 8. The skill has a cooldown of 30.0 seconds. Using this skill also consumes 5000 SP. You can view the stats of the attack skills Elemental Attack A and Elemental Attack B here.
Elemental Dominator is the only BM3 to increase both Maximum Magic Skill Amp and Maximum Critical DMG (up to x113% at max level), raising the effective ceiling of those stats during the mode.
In Episode 40, this Battle Mode also gained PVE Defense and PVE DMG Reduction.
