Elemental Dominator is the BM3 for Wizard. It becomes available after completing the Level 130 BSLV Up quest. It is available starting from Transcender rank and has a max level of 8. The skill has a cooldown of 30.0 seconds and consumes 5000 SP. It increases both Maximum Magic Skill Amp and Maximum Critical DMG, reaching x113% at max level. A Maximum stat increases the matching ordinary stat by the displayed percentage, so x113% adds 13% of that stat. Its attack skills are Elemental Attack A and Elemental Attack B.
In Episode 40, this Battle Mode also gained PVE Defense and PVE DMG Reduction.
