Petrified

Petrified is a crowd control status effect that completely freezes the target, preventing movement, skill usage, and item consumption. While active, the target can still be targeted, but takes zero damage. It is applied primarily by Petrified One and counteracted by Resist Petrification.

Maximum Resist Petrification

The highest total currently represented by the Build Planner is 23% Resist Petrification. Completing the Honour Grade 25 through Honour Grade 30 achievements provides 16%, and Grade 5 Resist Petrification from Diamond Merit's Powerful Judgment special mastery provides another 7%.

This 23% total is the sum of known sources, not a confirmed stat cap. The exact interaction between Petrified chance and Resist Petrification is still unconfirmed.
