Rhinos Toughness
Rhinos Toughness is a magic buff skill available to Warrior. It applies Deduct Protection, Cancel Ignore DMG Reduction, PVE DMG Reduction, and PVE Ignore Penetration for a short defensive window. The Rhinos Toughness Effector can extend its Deduct Protection by up to +10. It is available starting from Transcender rank and has a max level of 20. The skill has a cooldown of 180.0 seconds, an area of 1, and consumes 300 SP. The skill book costs 40,000,000 Alz to purchase.
Deduct Protection protects a fixed number of incoming damage hits. Each protected hit consumes one count, starts with very high damage reduction, and the reduction weakens by 2 percentage points per consumed count. For Rhinos Toughness's Deduct Protection +30, this gives 30 protected hits.
Normal misses, evades, and blocks do not consume Deduct Protection; only hits that enter the damage step consume a count.
