Resist Skill Amp

Resist Skill Amp is a defensive stat that reduces an attacker's skill amp. It can be reduced by the attacker's Ignore Resist Skill Amp. Ignore Resist Skill Amp is applied first, and any remaining Resist Skill Amp lowers the attacker's final skill amp.
