Descent : Retribution

Descent : Retribution is a skill available to characters with Force Wings. The skill has a cooldown of 300 seconds and a duration of 30 seconds (15seconds pre EP 36), instant cast time, and costs 2 Force Essence to activate. The skill's stats are determined by the six Arrival Skill slots on the Force Wing UI, which players can customize. Stats are rolled randomly from predefined pools.
