Blader Mastery is a class-specific passive skill available to Blader and can be bought from any Skill Instructor. Every class has a similar Mastery passive, and most of its later bonuses come from Overlord Enhancements unlocked by raising Overlord Level.
Episode 38 added Ignore Accuracy, Defense Rate, PvE and PvP All Attack Up, and PvP Sword Skill Amp. to Blader Mastery. It also increased its existing HP, defense, resistance, PvE Skill Amp., and PvE Critical DMG bonuses.
