Target Damage Multipliers

Some attack skills in Cabal Online apply an extra damage multiplier that scales based on how the skill connects. There are two variants of this mechanic:

Target Count - The multiplier is determined by the total number of enemies hit by the skill, and every target receives the same value. For example, if a skill strikes 7 enemies, all 7 are dealt damage using the 7-target multiplier.

Hit Count - The multiplier is determined by how many times each individual target is struck, meaning different enemies caught in the same attack can receive different multipliers. For example, if a skill hits one enemy 4 times and another only 2 times, the first enemy is calculated using the 4-hit multiplier while the second uses the 2-hit multiplier. This mechanic only affects a small number of normal attack skills, and has little importance for most players.
