Resist Critical Rate

Resist Critical Rate is a defensive stat that reduces an attacker's Critical Rate. It can be reduced by the attacker's Ignore Resist Critical Rate. Ignore Resist Critical Rate is applied first, and any remaining Resist Critical Rate lowers the attacker's final critical chance.
